CROSS | Olweus


The C.R.O.S.S Team is a crisis intervention team designed to assist school personnel by identifying issues which pose a barrier to a student’s learning and school success. The program aims to help students develop healthy coping skills, make positive lifestyle decisions, and avoid substance abuse problems. Confidentiality is the cornerstone of this Student Assistance Program, which is a crisis intervention program instituted by the Pennsylvania Department of Education.To complete a CROSS referral, please click here.

Olweus Bully Prevention Program

Policy on Bullying

Holy Cross students have created the following school policy.

“In recognition of the dignity and respect each individual is due; Holy Cross will follow the Olweus Bullying Prevention Program definition of bullying and school wide rules for anti-bullying. By definition, “Bullying is when someone repeatedly and on purpose says or does mean or hurtful things to another person who has a hard time defending himself or herself.”

  • We will not bully others.
  • We will try to help students who are bullied.
  • We will try to include students who are left out.
  • If we know that somebody is being bullied, we will tell an adult at school and an adult at home.
